Everything you need to know about how Long Live works.
Getting Started
Simply click "Start Your Online Visit" or "Begin Your Online
Visit" on any page. You'll be guided through a short questionnaire
that takes 5-10 minutes to complete. Answer questions about your
health goals, medical history, current medications, and lifestyle.
Once submitted, a licensed clinician will review your information
within 24 hours.
You'll need to provide basic personal information (name, date of
birth, contact details), your medical history, current medications
and supplements, any known allergies, and details about your
health goals (weight loss, longevity, hair restoration, skin
health, or sexual wellness). The more accurate information you
provide, the better we can personalize your treatment plan.
Most patients complete the online questionnaire in 5-10 minutes.
You can save your progress and return later if needed. After
submission, a clinician typically reviews your case within 24
hours. Once approved, your medications are prepared and shipped,
usually arriving within 3-5 business days.
Not always. Most cases can be handled asynchronously through our
online platform. However, if your clinician has additional
questions or feels a live consultation would be beneficial, they
may schedule a video or phone call with you. You'll also have the
option to request a live consultation if you prefer.
Medical & Clinical Questions
It depends on your treatment plan. Some therapies—particularly
hormone optimization, certain peptide protocols, or longevity
treatments—may require baseline lab work to ensure safety and
optimal dosing. Your clinician will let you know if labs are
needed. We can help coordinate convenient at-home lab testing or
provide lab orders you can take to a local facility.
Absolutely. All Long Live clinicians are board-certified, licensed
physicians or nurse practitioners in good standing with their
state medical boards. They specialize in longevity medicine,
functional health, and precision prescribing. Every clinician
undergoes thorough credentialing and background checks before
joining our network.
Your clinician reviews your complete health profile—including your
goals, medical history, current medications, lifestyle factors,
and any lab results. Based on this comprehensive assessment, they
design a treatment plan tailored specifically to your biology and
objectives. Dosages, medication types, and protocols are all
customized to optimize safety and effectiveness for you.
Safety is our top priority. Your clinician carefully evaluates
your medical conditions, current medications, and health history
before prescribing any treatment. Certain conditions or medication
combinations may make some therapies unsuitable, and your
clinician will only recommend treatments that are safe and
appropriate for your specific situation. Always disclose all
medical conditions during your visit.
Medications & Pharmacy
All medications are sourced exclusively from licensed,
FDA-registered compounding pharmacies in the United States. We
partner only with pharmacies that meet rigorous quality and safety
standards. Your prescriptions are compounded or dispensed
specifically for you using pharmacy-grade ingredients and shipped
directly from the pharmacy in discreet, secure packaging.
Yes. All of our partner pharmacies are FDA-registered and operate
in full compliance with federal and state pharmacy regulations.
They follow strict Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and undergo
regular inspections. We only work with pharmacies that maintain
the highest standards of quality, sterility, and safety.
Once your treatment plan is approved and your prescription is
prepared, medications typically arrive within 3-5 business days
via standard shipping. Expedited shipping options may be available
for an additional fee. You'll receive tracking information so you
can monitor your delivery every step of the way.
Yes, you can discuss preferences with your clinician. While your
clinician will recommend what they believe is most effective and
appropriate for your needs, they'll consider your preferences when
medically appropriate. If you have specific requests or concerns
about certain formulations, mention them during your online visit
or message your care team.
Your care team is here to help optimize your results. If your
medication isn't working as expected or you're experiencing side
effects, message your clinician right away. They can adjust your
dosage, switch medications, or modify your treatment protocol.
We're committed to finding what works best for your unique biology
and goals.
Billing & Pricing
You'll see transparent pricing before confirming your treatment
plan. You're only charged after your clinician has reviewed and
approved your plan, and you've confirmed you want to proceed. No
hidden fees or surprise charges. For subscription plans, you'll be
charged on your regular billing cycle (typically monthly).
Your visit includes the online questionnaire, comprehensive
clinician review, personalized treatment plan development,
prescription (if appropriate), and ongoing access to your care
team for questions and adjustments. Medications, lab work (if
needed), and shipping are priced separately and disclosed upfront.
Many of our treatments are available as monthly subscriptions for
convenience and consistent results. Subscription pricing is
clearly displayed before you confirm. You can pause, modify, or
cancel your subscription at any time with no penalties. We're here
to support your journey, not lock you into unwanted commitments.
Currently, Long Live does not accept insurance. Most longevity and
optimization therapies are not covered by traditional insurance
plans. However, our transparent pricing and convenient
subscription options are designed to make precision medicine
accessible. You may be able to use HSA or FSA funds—check with
your benefits provider.

all data transmitted between your device and our servers. All
personal health information is stored on secure, HIPAA-compliant
servers with multiple layers of protection. We employ
industry-leading security practices to keep your information safe.
Only your assigned clinician and essential care team members have
access to your medical records, and only to provide your care. We
never share your personal health information with third parties
for marketing purposes. Any sharing of information requires your
explicit consent, except as required by law (such as valid legal
requests or emergencies).
Yes. You have the right to request deletion of your personal data
at any time. Contact our support team, and we'll process your
request in accordance with applicable laws. Please note that
certain medical records may need to be retained for legal or
regulatory compliance purposes, but we'll delete all information
that's not legally required to be kept.
State Availability
Long Live is currently available in most U.S. states. During your
online visit, you'll enter your location, and our system will
confirm availability. If we're not yet available in your state,
we'll add you to our waiting list and notify you as soon as we
expand coverage to your area. State availability can vary based on
telemedicine regulations and pharmacy licensing.
Each state has its own medical licensing requirements,
telemedicine regulations, and pharmacy laws. Clinicians must be
licensed in the state where the patient is located, and pharmacies
must comply with state-specific compounding and shipping
regulations. These varying requirements mean telemedicine services
may have different availability or offerings depending on your
location. We're actively working to expand access nationwide.
